We are committed to long-term development and sustainability, and we are trying to revolutionise our industry for the benefit of our players, ourselves, and the entertainment industry as a whole.Job DescriptionAs a Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance matters across one or more licensed jurisdictions. As an ideal candidate you are a proactive self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of assigned licences and regulatory relationships. This role includes ensuring adherence to applicable gambling regulations, conducting internal audits, preparing reports for regulators, and supporting operational teams.Responsibilities include:Lead regulatory compliance efforts for assigned jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, SGA, DGA, DGOJ, GGL, AGCO, LOTBA, Brazil, Peru, etc.)Ensure the company’s policies, procedures, and systems comply with local regulatory requirementsManage communication with regulatory authorities, including licence applications, renewals, notifications, and complaintsOversee periodic and ad-hoc reporting to regulatorsConduct and document internal audits and compliance reviewsProvide compliance guidance to internal departments (Marketing, Payments, Product, Operations, etc.)Monitor new and updated regulations, identifying potential impacts and required changesCoordinate with external advisors or consultants where necessaryMaintain internal documentation and evidence for audit readinessServe as the final editor and approver for high‑level customer complaints and regulatory complaint submissionsWhat we are looking for:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the online gambling industryIdeally a bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as law, finance, risk management, or a similar disciplineStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictionsExcellent communication skills - strong presenting and report writing skills.
