Join a passionate team dedicated to redefining everyday products with purpose and integrity.Position OverviewThe Regulatory & Quality Compliance Manager ensures full compliance with FIFRA and all international, federal, state, and local pesticide regulations. This strategic role also oversees the company's Quality Management System (QMS), manages agency submissions, and serves as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory ComplianceEnsure full compliance with FIFRA, including product registration, labeling, and reportingMonitor and respond to changes in legislation and regulatory requirementsServe as the primary contact for regulatory agenciesReview and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Ensure marketing claims and partner platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com) meet compliance standardsAdvocate for labeling updates and negotiate with state agencies when neededQuality ManagementOversee QMS implementation, SOPs, and quality policiesConduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysesLead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track performance metricsManage Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and coordinate third-party testingTeam Leadership & CollaborationMentor and manage compliance and quality team membersFoster a culture of regulatory excellence and safetyCollaborate across departments to align on compliance and quality goalsDocumentation & SubmissionsPrepare and submit registration applications and amendmentsMaintain organized digital records for audits and inspectionsDevelop tracking systems for regulatory and quality dataInternal GuidanceMaintain government safety standards and label complianceProvide regulatory guidance to product, operations, and marketing teams
