Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, offering financial products and solutions tailored to client needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include portfolio management, deepening customer engagement, implementing cross-sell strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to overall business growth. Qualifications Relationship management and client servicing skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.Expertise in financial products, portfolio management, and cross-selling strategies.Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for fostering strong customer relationships.Organizational and time-management skills to meet sales targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures is desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or related certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) would be an advantage.
