Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at MAK Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and investors.• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.• Manage the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to handover.• Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Assist in organizing site visits, presentations, and promotional events.• Track leads, follow up on prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals.• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular status reports.• Provide after-sales support and encourage referrals and repeat business.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.Conduct viewings and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.Prepare and ensure compliance with all sales documentation.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in a real estate developer.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Strong client-service orientation and problem-solving ability.• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.• UAE real estate market knowledge is a plus.•Fluency in the Russian, Persian & Arabic language.Salary: 8000 to 12000
