DescriptionSummary:The Network Provisioner Sr is responsible for preparing and equipping all Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits, thereby ensuring that users are able to access and use network and telecommunication services provided by the company. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing the Telecommunications Expense Management system, providing updates, reporting, and tracking of all Inventory, Service Management, Invoicing and Carrier Contracts.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTelecommunications Expense Management SystemOversees repository for all Inventory, Service Management, Invoicing and Carrier Contracts. Responsible for the integrity of the data within the environment as well as invoice transmission and break/fix.Report on the system enhancements, testing, disaster recovery and internal user testing requirements.Provisioning of all Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits and services with various Data, Voice and Mobility carriers including project related circuit provisioning and BAU events. Responsible for any merger and acquisition circuit provisioning and/or transfer of accounts from the previous responsible party.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications7 + years experience preparing and equipping Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits, including: Experience with data quality and reporting of assets in the network provisioning space and Experience with provisioning mobility, Voice & Data. Associates degreePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeNetwork Provisioning background with a Telephony service provider for telecom & data circuits.
