Position Title: Education Enrollment AdvisorCompensation: TTD $8,000–$32,000+ (commission only, uncapped earnings)Location: Remote / Hybrid (Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana)OverviewOur client is expanding its Caribbean outreach team to connect working professionals with globally recognized postgraduate programmes awarded by an international university. These include the Master of Science (MSc) in Data Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Analytics, and the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).As an Education Enrollment Advisor, you will manage the full cycle from first enquiry to successful enrollment. You will translate interest into informed decisions, provide clear and accurate programme information, and help candidates align their academic and financial choices with long-term career goals in technology, business, and leadership.Why This RoleThis role is designed for sales professionals who want:A serious product to stand behind – globally recognized postgraduate and doctoral degrees.A performance-based income model – the more you enroll, the more you earn.Flexibility with structure – work remotely, manage your own rhythm.If you are disciplined, comfortable with targets, and enjoy consultative conversations rather than hard selling, this role offers a credible pathway to build a meaningful and lucrative portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads via official WhatsApp and Corporate Email.Conduct 45–60 structured, consultative calls per day to qualify, nurture, and enroll applicants.Enroll a minimum of 10 students per cycle (no cap on enrolment numbers).Explain programme accreditation, structure, pricing, and long-term value in clear, relatable terms.Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging.Qualifications & Competency CriteriaMinimum RequirementsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (education sector is an asset).Excellent spoken and written English; confident on video and phone.Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.Flexible to work some evenings/weekends during peak enrollment periods.Preferred Assets (not mandatory) Prior experience selling higher education, training, or subscription-based services.Exposure to international clients or virtual learning programmes.Understanding of the Caribbean education and employment landscape.Compensation FrameworkThis is a commission-only, performance-based role. Earnings grow directly with your results.10 enrolments per cycle → TTD $8,000/cycle (minimum expectation) 30 enrolments per cycle → TTD $24,000/cycle40 enrolments per cycle → TTD $32,000/cycle*cycles are every 6 weeks. There is no cap on earnings. High-performing Advisors who consistently exceed targets can scale their income significantly over time.
