Job Description

Our global biopharmaceutical client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a multi-year remediation initiative stemming from a recent audit of their Records Retention Policy. This role will be integral in ensuring audit compliance with a focus on analyzing AI-generated outputs related to HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces. The position includes identifying PII, assessing contractual alignment with data retention requirements, and coordinating remediation efforts across HR, I&T, and external vendor teams. The Analyst will also provide broader operations support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and change control activities to maintain secure, compliant, and well-documented systems.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze AI Agent output to identify PII in HR vendor contracts and Workday interfacesEvaluate interface findings against contract terms and data retention requirementsTrack, organize, and document findings; prepare reports and presentationsSchedule and lead discussions with vendors and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve gapsCollaborate with I&T partners to revise, test, and deploy updated system interfacesAssist in updating Records Retention Policy documentationTroubleshoot issues across websites, applications, user access, servers, and transmissionsDocument and escalate incidents; confirm service restorationCoordinate change management requests and perform post-change validationsConfigure and maintain installed software across environmentsSupport disaster recovery testing and infrastructure monitoringMonitor job processing and manage report reprintsParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical applicationsContribute to project management activities as neededQualificationsStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Workday (configuration experience not required)Ability to interpret and assess contractual languageComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentExperience with Records Retention and Destruction concepts preferred
