After decades of success in the healthcare M&A sector, we are expanding into Engineering, Manufacturing, and Robotics (EMR)—a high-growth division backed by our established reputation and investor network.About the RoleWe are seeking an M&A Advisor – Managing Director to join our expanding EMR division. This role is ideal for driven professionals who excel at building trust with business owners, C-Suite executives, and financial institutions.You will originate deals, advise clients through the full M&A lifecycle, conduct due diligence, present opportunities to strategic buyers and private equity groups, and help guide transactions to closing.This is a remote, independent contractor position with a performance-driven compensation model and no income ceiling.What You’ll DoOriginate new sell-side mandatesAdvise founders on valuation, deal structures, and exit strategiesConduct financial analysis and due diligencePresent opportunities to strategic buyers, private equity, and major financial institutionsManage negotiations through closingCollaborate with a global investor ecosystemWho You Are (Key Requirements)Most Critical: Consultative Sales ExpertiseExceptional consultative sales abilityProven skill in building rapport with C-Suite executives and institutional investorsAbility to communicate with sophistication, clarity, and confidenceQualificationsExperience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, or Automation (preferred)Prior leadership, ownership, or founder experience (strong plus)Strong analytical and financial literacy skillsProficiency in email writing, CRM/database management, Microsoft Word & ExcelHighly organized, disciplined, and self-motivatedFluent in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Finance preferredMBA is a plusCompensation & BenefitsThis is a commission-only role.
