As a Sales Technical Advisor South East Asia (M/W) you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with area managers to develop Bridor’s activities and participate to the excellent reputation of the brand in South East Asia (Singapore, Thaïlande, Malaisie, Philippines, Indonésie, Cambodge, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam).You will be an expert and a brand ambassador in using product to highlight their key advantages and quality with the objective to make our solutions appealing to buyers and final users.Your Main TasksTechnical Support & TrainingImplement and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on both new and existing products.Support clients in addressing their requests, including problem solving, product handling, additional training, and quality issues.Demonstrate and explain Bridor’s solutions and products to clients and prospects to enhance brand visibility and boost activity in the region.Commercial Contribution & Network DevelopmentIdentify interested and qualified customers/prospects and connect them with the sales team.Prepare and tailor presentation materials to match the target audience and select the right products accordingly.Build and maintain a strong network of professionals (chefs, F&B, users) in each country and throughout the region.Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure strong continuity in relationships.Perform client audits to assess the quality and application of our products.Events & Brand RepresentationAssist the team to ensure that all events, demonstrations, and presentations are executed flawlessly and aligned with Bridor’s guidelines and standards.Participate in the preparation and hosting of tradeshows and various events across the region.Profil De Candidat RecherchéYou have a strong background in bakery and pastry, allowing you to fully understand and promote the technical qualities of our products.You have completed relevant youth training such as a BTEC First Diploma or GNVQ Foundation, and you bring at least five years of experience in a similar technical, culinary, or sales support position.You are comfortable using MS Office as well as online reporting tools such as Salesforce. You communicate fluently in English, and speaking French or an additional language from the region would be considered an advantage.You are diligent, organized, and capable of managing your time efficiently, even in a fast-moving environment.
