VP – Digital Transformation & AI Strategy

Jaymart Group CompanyVP – Digital Transformation & AI StrategySalary   : 100,000 – 170,000 THB. (Base on Experience)Key Responsibilities1. AI Strategy & Roadmap· Develop the AI Vision and AI Strategy aligned with group-level business goals.· Establish an AI Transformation Roadmap covering all business units (Retail, Mobile, Insurance, Finance, Wellness).· Identify and prioritize AI initiatives such as Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, AI Chatbots, RPA, and Workflow Automation.·Create the framework to evaluate ROI and business impact of AI projects.2. AI Governance, Policy & Risk Management· Develop AI Governance, Data Privacy, and Responsible AI policies.· Mitigate risks related to data security (AI Security, LLM Risk) and ensure compliance with PDPA, RegTech, and FinTech regulations.· Set standards for AI usage across the organization, including Prompt Guidelines, Data Access Control, and Model Security.· Oversee AI Ethics and ensure responsible AI adoption across the group.3. AI Project Development & Execution· Lead and manage key AI initiatives across the Jaymart Group.· Collaborate with IT, Technology, and Data teams to build AI infrastructure, Data Lake, and MLOps capability.4. Cross-Group Collaboration· Coordinate with CEOs of business units such as Jaymart Mobile, JAS Asset, Senera, JMT, and KBJ.· Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and relevant departments to embed AI into business workflows.· Coach and influence leaders at all levels to understand and leverage AI potential.5. Build AI Culture & AI Skills for People· Define the organization’s AI Skill Framework (AI Skill Levels 1–4).· Design and drive enterprise-wide AI training programs and upskilling initiatives.· Develop and empower AI Champions within each business unit.· Promote an AI-First Mindset across all employees.6. Data Strategy Leadership· Collaborate with Data teams to enhance data readiness for Machine Learning.· Improve enterprise-wide data quality and ensure data availability to support AI initiatives.· Oversee Data Governance, Data Quality standards, and Data Access policies.Qualifications· Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.· Minimum 10–15 years of experience in AI, Data, Technology, or Digital Transformation roles.· Proven experience leading large-scale AI projects or enterprise AI platforms.· Strong understanding of Retail, Finance, Credit, Mobile, and Insurance businesses is highly preferred.Please send your resume and portfolio along with your application to Rattana@jaymart.co.th
