Key Responsibilities➔ Strategic Operations Management◆ Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, andproduct management. ◆ Identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows andperformance◆ Adaptable and thinking strategically and also in a detailed-oriented way to knowhow a change in one area of the business affects other areas➔ E-commerce Expertise◆ Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software. ◆ Ability to quickly learn new e-commerce software and understand how varioussoftware programs interact.

◆ Ability to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within e-commerce software,particularly within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps, including payment gatewayslike Recharge, email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, social platforms, and affiliateprogram management tools, to enhance business efficiency and drive growth. ◆ Create flows, campaigns, and segments. Possess a strong understanding of thetechnicalities of the Klaviyo platform. Analyze email marketing data to continuouslyimprove. Collaborate with the creative department to design emails. ◆ Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and best practices to ensure acutting-edge e-commerce presence. ◆ Knowledge of Shopify's technical features and coding knowledge is a plus.

◆ Collaborate with developer teams; clear communication of technical needs andcomprehensive understanding are required. ➔ Data Analysis: ◆ Knowledge of social media native platform features and analytics. Ability to postcontent and manage social media platforms as needed. ◆ Experience managing social media shops (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) is aplus. ◆ Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. ◆ Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning. ◆ Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively. ◆ Evaluate website performance and effectively troubleshoot issues. ➔ Customer Experience◆ Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service. Understandcustomer grievances and solve their issues.

Experience in customer service to handle a platform likeGorgias. ◆ Have a strategic mindset to implement customer feedback. ◆ Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements that enhance usersatisfaction. ➔ Marketing & Growth◆ Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows,and create high-performing landing pages. ◆ Identify and engage potential influencers and affiliates to expand outreach. ➔ Project & Fulfillment Management◆ Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, andalignment with quality standards. ◆ Proactively manage inventory and operational workflows to meet customer andbusiness needs.

➔ Team Development & Collaboration◆ Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness within the team. ◆ Develop onboarding programs and provide continuous training to ensure teammembers are empowered and aligned with company goals. Qualifications: Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e-commercemanagement. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strongproblem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
