Job Description

Job Overview:As an experienced renewal specialist with deep technical expertise within an enterprise sales organization, working with our most important customers. A core competency of the role is to advance the engagement process to achieve/exceed quarterly renewals targets in your assigned accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for enterprise and global cybersecurity customers.Partner closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal execution.Proactively identify client needs, recommend solutions, and drive upsell or cross-sell opportunities.Document all client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems to track progress from initiation to completion.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and influence strategic decisions at the CXO level.Support clients in evaluating cloud and cybersecurity strategies, application/data migration, and modernization initiatives.Remove deployment roadblocks, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption of solutions.Maintain technical expertise on cloud and cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and competitive insights.Share knowledge internally and externally through best practices, technical communities, and thought leadership.Drive metrics including contract renewals, upsell/cross-sell, CSP conversions, and cloud solution adoption.Qualifications:At least 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions or related IT enterprise sales roles.At least 3 years of proven experience in renewal sales or contract management, ideally within a subscription-based or SaaS cybersecurity environment.Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, particularly in security, cloud, or network solutions.Experience working with large or global customers and managing complex renewal negotiations.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal and retention targets.Excellent communication in English who has experience to support ANZ marketConfident in engaging with senior management and influencing strategic decisions.Channel/Partner Management: able to leverage partner ecosystems for co-selling, campaigns, and upselling to drive renewals and expansion.
