Job Description

We are looking for a Renewals Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised, and able to coordinate efficiently between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely renewal processing.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process renewal documentation.Coordinate with clients, compliance, and operations teams.Update and maintain CRM records (Zoho).Ensure timely license release and communicate status updates.Requirements:Previous experience in renewals/operations/admin roles is preferred.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in CRM (Zoho experience is an advantage).Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
