We operate with heart, inclusivity, and inspiration for pets, people, and the planet.Job DescriptionAs a Replenishment Coordinator you will oversee the distribution and control of inventory across multiple centrally managed stores, using strong analytical reporting and administrative processes to enhance the customer experience and achieve key performance indicators. You will have experience collaborating with both internal and external partners to uphold and advance stock availability, delivery performance (DIFOT), and forecast precision and ensuring inventory standards are met and continually improved.A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Use historical data and insights to create and manage forecast for baseline, seasonal and promotional sales for your assigned categories.Ensure forecasts are aligned with Supply Chain team targets for inventory availability and stock turn.Manage excess inventory after promotional period in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that inventory holdings are sufficient to cover promotional forecasts and strategies.Maintaining replenishment parameters for product, supplier and store scheduling.Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborating with suppliers to improve store delivery efficiencyDo you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?Demonstrated experience in retail inventory management and replenishment analysis.Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a Previous or similar role is requiredExperience collaborating with both internal and external partners in previous rolesStrong numerical skills.Excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.If this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for and you love Pets as much as we do, apply today!Follow us on LinkedIn to keep up to date on life across our various brands - https://www.linkedin.com/company/petstockOur diversity makes us better...we are a diverse team with varying strengths and an inclusive organisation, committed to providing equal opportunities for all. We encourage applications from people of diverse backgrounds who wish to be part of a culture where everyone can proudly be themselvesAt Petstock we are passionate about supporting the communities we're part of, where possible we aim to hire candidates from the same geographic region (typically within a 80km radius) to strengthen community connections and support local economies.
