This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.About the RoleThis role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.ResponsibilitiesConduct research and feasibility studies for new products, materials, and processesDevelop and test prototypes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirementsAnalyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and qualityCollaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teamsPrepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and technical presentationsMonitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor innovationsEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or related field) Required SkillsAt least 1–3 years of experience in R&D or related technical functions (manufacturing preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in research, data analysis, and technical reportingExperience in steel, fabrication, or construction industries is a plusAbility to work independently and in a team Preferred SkillsExperience in steel, fabrication, or construction industries is a plus
