Research Assistant

With operations across Europe and a team of over 250 dedicated professionals, we deliver full-service CRO and SMO capabilities across a wide range of therapeutic areas.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support our clinical operations team.Key Responsibilities:As a Research Assistant, you will contribute to the success of our clinical trials by:Assisting in site feasibility and qualification processesMaintaining and updating project-specific tracking logs and foldersCollecting and filing study documentation for submissions to Ethics Committees and Competent AuthoritiesSupporting CRAs with preparation and organization of Investigator Site Files (ISF)Assisting with site correspondence and document managementScanning and uploading documents to the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), ensuring high-quality standardsPreparing and organizing paper TMF documentsProviding support in the planning and execution of Investigator Meetings and monitoring activitiesTranslating project-related documents, as requiredProvide administrative and operational support to clinical projects under the guidance of the Clinical Team Lead, Regional Clinical Monitoring Manager, and other clinical staffWe are looking for a candidate who possesses:A graduate or postgraduate degree (MD, B.A., or related field)Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and country-specific clinical regulationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlinesProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A positive, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skillsFluency in EnglishWhy Join COMAC MEDICAL?Collaborate with experienced, high-performing professionalsBe part of an international, supportive, and dynamic teamWork on innovative projects across diverse therapeutic areasAccess professional training and continuous learning opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and career development supportIf you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in clinical research, we encourage you to apply.
