This role is perfect for someone with a friendly phone presence, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll assist guests with reservations across all MML restaurants, ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of our brand.Schedule:Evening/PM shifts only (up to 20 hours per week)Weekend availability requiredWhat You’ll Do:Handle inbound calls, emails, and online reservation requestsManage bookings, waitlists, and guest notes through the reservation systemCommunicate with restaurant teams to coordinate seating and special requestsProvide guests with accurate information about restaurant hours, menus, and policiesMaintain a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong verbal communication and phone etiquetteExperience in customer service or hospitality preferredFamiliarity with reservation systems (like Resy or OpenTable) a plusReliable, organized, and comfortable working evenings and weekendsPerks and Benefits:Restaurant and retail discounts, wine education reimbursement, referral incentives, and opportunities to grow within MML Hospitality.MML Hospitality is an equal-opportunity employer.
