Then join a team that cares for our customers and makes a positive impact on their travel experience, every single day.This position is located in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesSells consultativelyCommunicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous mannerResolves customer conflicts requiring handling or serviceArranges for ticketing and other special servicesNotifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedulesAssists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plansOperates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve informationThis position is offered on local terms and conditionsExpatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awardedThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.QualificationsRequired High School diploma/GED or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageBasic computer skills requiredMust be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidaysAble to work a full-time schedule Able to work in a call center environmentMust be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in Hebrew, English and Spanish (speak, read and write all 3 languages)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferredCollege degreePrefer one year of experience in sales, customer contact, or other related work Hold valid passport and U.S Visa
