Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Tripoli. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, and processing ticketing and bookings. The agent will also be responsible for communicating with clients effectively and ensuring all travel plans are efficiently organized and executed.
