We offer a supportive, tight-knit environment where your contributions truly matter, and there is room to grow as we continue to expand our footprint.Learn more at www.lichtybuildinggroup.comKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction operations across multiple active remodeling job sitesAct as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectorsManage field crews and ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA standardsEnforce jobsite-specific safety programs and ensure all required postings and permits are up to dateEnsure high standards of quality control on all work performed by subcontractors and self-perform crewsCoordinate inspections and ensure work is completed per specifications and code requirementsReview blueprints, contracts, specifications, and other project documentation for accuracyEnsure sites are fully prepared with materials, tools, and labor for upcoming workMonitor project budgets, timesheets, and invoices; report discrepancies or concernsConduct site walkthroughs, generate field reports, and update the Owner and Department Heads regularlyDrive between multiple job sites in a single day as neededQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent or foreman (residential experience required)Proven ability to manage 8-10 jobs simultaneouslyStrong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, email, and text)Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, architects, inspectors, and trade partnersAbility to read blueprints and interpret specifications and contractsSelf-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independentlyWorking knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA standardsProficient with Microsoft Outlook (preferred)Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be able to work in various weather conditions and environments (unfinished buildings, outdoors, etc.)Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communicationBenefitsPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)Weekly Pay CyclePotential for BonusesMonthly Vehicle AllowanceSupportive, team-oriented cultureDirect influence on project success and client satisfactionLong-term opportunity with room for career growthScheduleFull-Time | Monday to FridayLocationOnsite across remodeling project locations in and around Newnan, GAEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
