Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Resin Floorlayer Supervisor, based in Northgate, QLD, with some flexibility for remote work. The Resin Floorlayer Supervisor will oversee the installation of epoxy resin flooring systems, ensuring projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising job sites, coordinating with team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role involves onsite work, client communication to address specific requirements, and quality checks during and after installations. Qualifications Experience in resin flooring installation and knowledge of epoxy flooring systemsStrong project management skills, including scheduling, task coordination, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to supervise and mentor a team, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standardsExcellent communication and client management skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanshipPractical experience with workplace safety protocols and relevant certifications is a plusFlexibility and adaptability to handle onsite challenges and contribute to a collaborative team environment
