Resource Manager

We are Hiring !!!Resource Manager MEPJob Purpose: To plan, allocate, and manage manpower and resources across all MEP projects, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-effectiveness, and timely deployment of skilled personnel as per project requirements. Acts as the central point of coordination between project sites, HR, and management for manpower planning and forecastingKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan covering all ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify manpower requirements (engineers, supervisors, technicians, etc.).Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and timelines.Monitor manpower productivity, utilization rates, and forecast future requirements.Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of new staff.Ensure smooth deployment, transfer, and demobilization of manpower between site's.Maintain and update the resource database (skills matrix, certifications, visa status, project allocation).Qualifications & SkillsBachelorDegree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalents.Minimum 8- 12 years of experience in resource / manpower planning within MEP / construction industry (UAE/GCC preferred).Strong understanding of MEP project operations and manpower structure's.Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, People Strong).
