Primary title: Restaurant ManagerIndustry: Hospitality — Food & Beverage services. This on-site leadership role drives operational excellence, profitability, and guest delight in a fast-paced F&B environment.About The OpportunityWe are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to run daily operations of a full-service restaurant in the UAE. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams to deliver consistent quality, optimise costs, and exceed guest expectations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and food-safety standards.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end restaurant operations: service delivery, kitchen coordination, cleanliness, and ambience to achieve high guest-satisfaction scores.Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling food & beverage costs, and optimising labour to achieve target margins and P&L goals.Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for front and back of house; create schedules that balance service levels with labour efficiency.Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control processes to minimise wastage and maintain seamless supply chains.Implement and enforce food-safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, municipal regulations) across all shifts.Resolve guest complaints proactively, coach teams on guest recovery techniques, and maintain high standards for service consistency and brand integrity.Skills & QualificationsMust-HavePoint-of-sale systems (OracleMICROS, POSitouch, Lightspeed)Inventory managementCost control and P&L analysisLabour scheduling and roster optimisationFood safety and hygiene (HACCP)Guest recovery and complaint resolutionPreferredMulti-unit restaurant management experienceArabic language proficiencyHotel F&B or fine-dining operations backgroundQualifications (summary)Proven track record managing full-service restaurant operations in the UAE or similar Gulf markets; strong leadership experience in high-volume outlets; knowledge of local food-safety regulations and labour practices.
