Job Description

Retail Administrators play a key role in the smooth operation of retail stores or chains by handling administrative tasks that support sales, customer service, inventory, and personnel management.Administrative SupportMaintain and update records (sales, inventory, staff, etc.)Organize and file important document and reports.Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications.Inventory and stock ManagementTrack stock levels and assist with inventory controlCoordinate with managers for replenishment.Ensure accuracy of stock records through regular auditsAssist in preparing stocks reports and returns.Sales and ReportingCompile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.Monitor sales trends and flag any discrepanciesAssist with promotional activities and in store marketing campaigns.Other TasksSupport recruitment processes Maintain employee records (attendances, leaves, training)Strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in office software (e.g., MS Excel)Attention to detail and problem solving abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask ad work in a fast-paced environment
