Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.3. Support in-store training to enhance sales staff’s product knowledge and selling skills.4. Assist in handling customer complaints at stores, ensuring timely feedback and resolution.5. Execute in-store marketing and promotional events, and support post-event evaluations.6. Collect and analyze market insights to provide actionable recommendations.Requirements1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.2. Strong interest in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or optical retail industry.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.4. Responsible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.5. Able to commit to a consistent weekly work schedule (to be discussed).6. Bilingual in Dutch.
