The Retail Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable guidance about products, and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers in the purchasing process, maintaining a detailed understanding of the product range, and ensuring the retail space is organized and welcoming for potential buyers. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilitiesExperience and proficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge minimum 2-3 yearsEffective Communication skills to clearly connect with diverse customersEnthusiasm for delivering high-quality service and creating a positive shopping experienceAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environmentPrevious experience in sales or retail in building material is MUST Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
