Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Setapak for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining an organized and effective retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily store operations and ensure smooth store performanceDrive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targetsManage, train, and motivate retail staff to improve sales performanceEnsure visual merchandising and store presentation follow ZEVE brand standardsMonitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for replenishmentTrack store sales data and prepare performance reportsHandle customer feedback and resolve store level issues professionallyEnsure store team follows operational SOPs and retail proceduresExecute marketing campaigns and in store promotionsRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field2-3 years experience in retail management or store leadership roleProven experience managing retail sales targets and store teamsStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandisingAble to work weekends, retail hours, and peak seasons when requiredExperience in fashion retail is a strong advantageWhat We’re Looking ForA hands on leader who takes ownership of store results.
