For Clothing & Cosmetics Beauty StorePost: Retail Store Sales Supervisor Location: New Road, PokharaSalary: Negotiable Education : bachelor completeExperience: 3 years of experience as a retail store/sales officer or relevant positions in clothing or cosmetic products Key Responsibilities: • Team Management: Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. • Merchandising: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing shopping experience, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible. • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and take proactive measures to maximize store performance. • Budget Management: Manage the store’s budget and ensure the efficient use of resources to meet operational goals. • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. • Policy Adherence: Ensure that all store activities adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high operational standards. • Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability and store stock levels.Minimum Competencies Required: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge about makeup and prior experience as a makeup artist is preferred. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently. • Multitasking Ability: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (experience with retail POS systems is a plus). • Customer Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. hrjob@masangajob.com
