Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients including corporates, travel agencies, event companies, and other partners.Promote restaurant services such as group dining, events, catering, and loyalty programs.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversions.Coordinate with restaurant managers and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Prepare sales reports, proposals, and client presentations.Represent the restaurant group in local networking events, exhibitions, and hospitality forums.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (experience in travel & tours, hospitality, or F&B will be an added advantage).Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital communication platforms.
