Job descriptionJob Title: Sales Executive (Full-Time)Location: Gyneshwor, Kathmandu Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and accounts teams.Key Responsibilities:Thoroughly understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face-to-face or phone interactions.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through various communication channels.Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively and professionally.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.Follow up with customers for timely payments and coordinate with the accounts department for invoice and payment processing.Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, maintain customer data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.Continuously enhance sales knowledge and skills through training and adapt positively to company updates and changes.Responsibly operate company vehicles and maintain accurate usage and mileage records.Working Hours:6 days a week8 hours per dayBenefits:Vehicle fuel or maintenance allowanceSIM card and mobile rechargeEmployee Provident Fund (EPF)Dashain bonusHealth and accidental insurancePaid leave as per company policyProfessional development and training opportunitiesRequirements (Preferred):Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship managementProven experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferred)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsValid driving license (Mandatory)
