Product UI/UX Designer (Mid-level)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Product UI/UX Designer to join our team as a mid-level professional. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, you will design user-centric interfaces and experiences that align with business objectives and user needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, developing design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and constantly iterating to improve product usability.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate product features and workflows.Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.Design high-quality UI components, layouts, and interactions for web and mobile platforms.Maintain and evolve the product design system for consistency across platforms.Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in a software product company or digital agency.Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product designs.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility principles.Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests).Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.About E-Works UKE-works UK is a collaborative team of IT professionals, designers, and marketers dedicated to driving success for businesses.
