Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Chitwan. The Branch Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales and performance targets. Responsibilities include team management, operational planning, resolving client issues, maintaining branch compliance, monitoring budgets, and creating strategies to drive business growth within the assigned region.
