Job DescriptionTo promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.To cross sell based on customer's need.To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.Job RequirementPreferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Posses the passion for sales and marketing.Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Able to cope well under pressure.Goal oriented and a strong team player.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
