🔍 About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RCM Administrator – Claims to support our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of insurance claims, minimizing denials, and supporting the financial health of the hospital.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and submit insurance claims in compliance with payer requirementsMonitor claim status and follow up on pending or denied claimsCoordinate with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepanciesEnsure accurate documentation and coding to support claimsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory changesGenerate reports on claim performance and trends✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in medical claims processing or RCM in a healthcare settingStrong understanding of UAE insurance regulations and payer requirementsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in healthcare billing systems and MS OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving abilities
