About Ehfaaz Ehfaaz is a Dubai-based circular economy company delivering end-to-end waste recovery, material transformation, training, and digital sustainability reporting. We are building a structured commercial engine to support our next phase of growth, and we need a Revenue Operations Specialist to strengthen the foundation.The RoleThe Revenue Operations Specialist (“RevOps”) owns the systems, data, processes, and commercial discipline behind revenue growth. This includes CRM quality, forecasting, pricing governance, proposal accuracy, pipeline reporting, invoicing coordination, and contract tracking.You will work closely with the Commercial Lead, operations teams, and finance to ensure our commercial workflows run smoothly and accurately.What You Will DoCRM & Pipeline ManagementMaintain CRM hygiene and enforce opportunity standardsEnsure all deals have next steps, correct stages, and required documentationBuild dashboards, pipeline reports, and forecasting toolsPricing & Proposal GovernanceValidate solution costing with Specialists and OperationsReview proposals for accuracy and margin protectionMaintain the price book and commercial templatesRevenue IntegrityMonitor margin leakage, discounts, and deviationsSupport collections by ensuring contracts and invoices are correctTrack renewals and contract expiry datesForecasting & ReportingSupport weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reviewsDeliver accurate revenue forecastsMaintain commercial performance dashboardsProcess & DocumentationBuild SOPs for commercial workflowsEnsure consistent adoption across sales and operationsWhat You Will Bring2–5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or CRM managementStrong analytical and organisational skillsExperience with Zoho CRM or similar platformsHighly detail-orientedComfortable working with numbers, data, and structured processesGood communication and cross-functional coordination skillsWhy Ehfaaz?You’ll play a critical role in building a revenue machine that supports sustainability and circular transformation across the UAE and GCC.
