Join us on our mission and be part of our rockstar team!The Role:ThoughtFull is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to run the operating system behind our revenue engine across Business Development (new sales) and Client Success (servicing, activation, renewal/expansion). You'll keep targets, processes, and tooling aligned so opportunities move predictably from first conversation to launch to renewal, while overseeing pricing and margins and ensuring data and forecasts leaders can trust.What you will do: PerformanceOversee lead gen and discovery to maintain a steady, qualified pipelineDevelop and maintain reporting dashboards to track funnel health (coverage, stage aging, coverage rate, revenue growth, renewal), identify areas of improvementsOversee core business rhythms such as sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and accountability across teamsEnsure the end-to-end funnel accuracy with clear stage definitions and owners, next steps alignment and fast identification and unblocking of any potential bottlenecks Assign sales briefs and targets to focus effortPhilosophyBuild forecasts (new, expansion, renewal) from historicals/trends; surface gaps and actionsUse data to evaluate product, process, and activations effectiveness and make informed decisionsOversee pricing and margins; monitor deal economics and adjust pricing/discounts as needed so they stay competitive and profitable Maintain comp and remuneration plans tied to performance, address underperformance with objective metricsProcessGovern CRM & tooling (required fields, automations, dashboards, data quality)Build and design scalable processes to maximize productivity and efficiencyStandardize lead routing, partnership quote requests, contracting flows, and SLAs for speed and consistencyKeep handover clear between BD, CS, and MarketingPeopleFoster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with sales, marketing, product and finance teams to align business goals and objectivesMaintain open and effective communication channels by reporting sales and campaign outcomes and next stepsConduct training programs for new and existing sales representatives, promoting skill development and fostering team camaraderieProductUnderstand the product offering and value proposition; keep packages easy to sell and consistentStay up to date on market trends and competitor activitiesTranslate insights into sales briefs/objection handling and ensure BD can sell and CS can launch, activate, and renew effectivelyRequirementsAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related fieldProven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or equivalent), automation systems (Make.com, Zapier, or equivalent), and other relevant toolsDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and fast-moving deadlinesStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire client-facing teamsKnowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practicesFamiliarity with sales compensation plans and performance managementAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environmentNote: Please note that this role is open to candidates who are currently based locally.
