Revenue Specialist

We are looking for a revenue specialist with 3-5 years experience in  D2C revenue ops, e-commerce, or CRMThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Specialist based in Dubai. The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for managing revenue cycles, performing financial analysis, monitoring accounting processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient revenue operations. Additional tasks include Own the Numbers: Track revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV daily. Report what’s up/down and why. Dashboards: Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that the team can act on instantly Funnel Optimization: Identify leaks and bottlenecks → test fixes → scale winnersLifecycle Comms: Set up and optimize email, WhatsApp, SMS flows to convert and retain customers.Experimentation: Run A/B tests nonstop (LPs, creatives, comms, offers).Collaboration: Work with Performance (traffic), Creative (assets), and Web (UX/dev) to turn insights into action fast. Revenue First: Every action is measured by how it impacts conversion rate and revenue.QualificationsProficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and AccountingExceptional Analytical Skills and Finance expertiseStrong Communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsExperience with ERP systems and financial software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role or within the fragrance or luxury goods industry is advantageousShopify / Shopify Plus hands-on experience.
