UAE Accountant Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager to take complete ownership of client accounts and manage service delivery end-to-end. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring that all deliverables are completed with accuracy, quality, and within agreed timelines.The role requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in accounting and taxation (particularly within the GCC), excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to lead and guide internal teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary account manager for assigned clients, ensuring a high standard of client service and communication.Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal delivery teams.Independently manage multiple client portfolios while maintaining alignment with the Directors.Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables before submission to clients or Directors.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and GCC accounting regulations.Lead client meetings, handle queries, and provide advisory support as needed.Contribute to CFO-level and advisory assignments, including budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.Identify areas for process improvement and opportunities for value-added services.Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure efficiency and consistent output.Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and client expectations.Candidate Profile:Qualification: ACCA / CA (India) / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, tax, or advisory services, preferably within the GCC region.Strong technical expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regional financial reporting standards.Prior experience in a professional services or advisory firm environment is essential.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficient in accounting and ERP software, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.UAE driving license preferred.Remuneration:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and capability.Additional benefits as per company policy.Application Process:Interested candidates may submit their CV and cover letter to hr@peakvisory.net
