The Reward Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive reward and recognition program that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a reward strategy that supports the company's business objectives and values.Design and manage the company's total compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives.Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure equity and consistency in compensation and benefits practices.Develop and maintain job evaluation and grading systems to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure that performance-based rewards are aligned with individual and company goals.Develop and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in the reward and recognition programs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve the company's reward strategy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.Proven experience in designing and implementing effective reward and recognition programs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.If you are a results-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful reward programs, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk.
