Created by BCG U, RISE leverages BCG’s industry experts to deliver cutting edge content and experience to its participants. RISE is looking to bring on-board part-time trainers in one of the Digital programs. The trainer will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific on core digital topics including Emerging Technologies, Design Thinking, Project & Change Management and Digital Transformation.Key responsibilities include:Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for studentsInspire learners to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjectsGuide learners through development of a real-world projects in the sphere of digital transformation that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clientsResearching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealingYou bring:Minimum 7 years as a practitioner and trainer in digital transformation/emerging technologies/design thinking/project & change management/agile ways of working topicsMust have: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)Preferred but not required: Agile Scrum Master CertificationPreferred but not required: Based in Singapore or experience working in Singapore
