Risk Analyst (Banking)

Job description:Mandatory details/Skills – Knowledge of core concepts of risk control and risk management at Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Level, BCP and Disaster RecoverySupport RCSA execution to identify risks, evaluate controls, and ensure mitigation actions are properly followed up on across the organization.Record operational incidents, conduct root cause analysis, prepare detailed incident reports, and track implementation of corrective actions.Calculate provisions according to IFRS9 and UAE Central Bank requirements, and stay current with all regulatory changes, guidelines, and circulars from government authorities.Review credit and investment proposals, analyze portfolio data, conduct stress testing and scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on acceptance or rejection based on company policies.Conduct BCP and BIA across business units, ensure DR/BCP test readiness, and assist in reviewing and updating all departmental policies and procedures to align with risk management requirements.
