We’re expanding our Risk & Payments division and seeking an experienced Risk & Fraud Specialist to help strengthen our risk controls, prevent fraudulent activity, and ensure a secure and compliant player experience.If you have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for suspicious patterns, and experience within the iGaming industry, this is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, data-driven environment.Responsibilities• Monitor player activity, transactions, and behavioral patterns to detect suspicious behavior, abuse, or potential fraud.• Analyze gameplay, financial activity, KYC documents, and account behavior to identify anomalies.• Manage risk profiles, limits, thresholds, and fraud prevention rules within internal systems.• Investigate cases related to chargebacks, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, stolen payment methods, and high-risk transactions.• Work with fraud detection tools, risk engines, and automated monitoring systems.• Collaborate closely with Payments, Compliance, Customer Support, and Product teams to improve processes and ensure operational consistency.• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and insights related to trends, fraud patterns, KPIs, and emerging risks.• Enhance internal workflows, guidelines, and procedures to strengthen risk management and reduce fraud exposure.• Stay up to date with industry trends, new fraud techniques, and opportunities for automation and efficiency.Requirements• 2+ years of experience in Risk & Fraud within the iGaming industry (operator-side experience is a strong plus).• Solid understanding of player behavior, payment flows, bonus mechanics, and the player lifecycle.• Experience with chargeback handling, AML/KYC processes, and fraud prevention techniques.• Hands-on experience with fraud detection tools and risk monitoring platforms.• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify patterns.• High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills in English. • Independent, proactive, and results-focused; able to work with sensitive and confidential information.• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Why Join InstaSoft• Be part of a rapidly scaling iGaming company with global reach.• Play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Risk & Fraud processes.• Work alongside a highly skilled, international team of professionals.• Enjoy a flexible work setup, with hybrid as our preferred mode and remote options available.• Join a culture that values ownership, initiative, and high performance.• Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.• Comprehensive social benefits package supporting your well-being and work–life balance.• Clear career advancement and professional growth opportunities.• Access to modern tools, systems, and data-driven processes.
