Risk & Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and intelligent professional to join our team as a Risk & Operations Associate. This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to perform on-site due diligence when needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, possesses relevant experience in risk control or operational management, and is proficient in English both spoken and written.Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site due diligence and verification activities to support operational and compliance requirements.Assist in monitoring and evaluating operational processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and standards.Support risk control activities, including identifying, assessing, and reporting potential operational risks.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to due diligence and operational assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and mitigate identified risks.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of operational best practices.Qualifications:Able to perform on-site assignments as required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in risk control, operations, or related functions is an advantage.Able to speak English for daily communication (both written and spoken).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Eager to learn and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
