This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to assist in covering additional needs as required.The salary range for this role is $122,000 to $135,000 based on years and type of experience.In this role, you will provide clinical care for all injured and ill patients in the client's workplace clinic, based in the entertainment industry. You will also have day-to-day administrative and operational oversight for the clinic, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, patient flow, and assuring standard operating procedures are followed to provide patient focused outcomes. This position requires a solid working relationship with patients, client representatives, coworkers, and the Medcor team. ***Successful candidates will posses s s olid clinical skills, have at least five years' experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Department, ICU or Urgent Care.***A typical day in the life of a Clinic Manager: Lead a team that provides excellent care and customer service to Medcor’s client and employees Treat injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s evidence based medicine protocols Respond to medical emergencies Administer screening and testing Work closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety department Provide wellness education Document utilizing an electronic medical record Perform billing, payroll, scheduling, and new hire orientation Supervise daily clinic operations including both administrative and clinical roles Oversee Workers’ Compensation claim initiation and tracking (FYI – not case management) and OSHA recordkeeping You Must Have valid unrestricted California RN license and current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Have a minimum of 5 years field experience Have at least 2 years management or leadership experience Have a positive and outgoing personality Be willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service Be proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office suite as well as EMR software Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills BenefitsWe don’t just advocate for our clients and our patients; we also advocate for ourselves.
