This is a 100% remote/work from home position.Pay Rate: $85.00/hrWork DetailsMonday to Friday / 40 hours per weekWork from home/remote positionContract Details:Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension)Job DetailsThe Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).This role ensures that all requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices.The consultant serves as a key liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Review & DocumentationInteractive Process FacilitationDecision Support & CommunicationCompliance & ReportingTraining & Resource DevelopmentQualificationsRN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials.3+ years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or ADA compliance.Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and related employment laws.Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.Familiarity with ergonomic and workplace accommodation tools preferred.
