Robot maintenance technician m/f

Newrest is looking for a Robot maintenancetechnician to join its teams at KEFLAVIK airport, Iceland.ResponsibilitiesAs part of our operationalteam that manages the plant, you will be responsible for the preventive andcorrective maintenance of the machines in place on the production site:Robotic Pickand Pack LineRobotic TraySet Up LineIndustrialkitchen equipment (ovens, diving tunnels etc...)MaterialHandling EquipmentNetworksYou will be the guarantor ofcompliance with the maintenance plan and the proper functioning of theequipment.You will be required to makeoccasional trips out of Iceland for training and to Reykjavik city to maintainour automated production tools (conveyors, destackers, industrial robots,etc.).You willparticipate in the definition, implementation in our CMMS tool and thenimprovement of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for equipmentwithin the unit.You will beresponsible for curative maintenance on all the installations: carrying out thediagnosis, defining the action plan, coordinating with internal and externalstakeholders, monitoring the implementation, feedbackYou will bein charge of the proper execution and monitoring of preventive maintenanceoperations: planning, follow-up of stakeholders, execution report in our CMMStoolYou will contribute to the installation of new equipment on the productionsite (preparation, energy fittings, etc.) In conjunction with the industrialization and operational teams, you willparticipate in the continuous improvement of the facilities and propose avenuesfor improvement (process, mechanical, ergonomic, etc.)You will beresponsible for the maintenance tool store: monitoring the stock of spare partsand (re)stocking of maintenance parts, products and tools. You willsupport production operators in the handling and use of the facilities, inparticular level 0 maintenance operations.Graduate of a Diploma AdvancedTechnician training in industrial maintenance (MAI, MSP), Professional License(DUT) or equivalent3/5 years of experience in asimilar position (a first experience in the agri-food sector would be ideal)You know how to readelectrical and mechanical plans You have knowledge ofmechanics, pneumatics and/or robotics,Adaptability and flexibilityrequired for the position Naturally curious andrigorous, you are methodical in your work and your ability to adapt will allowyou to succeed in the missions entrusted to you.
