Organization- Park Hyatt Phu QuocSummaryTo assist with the administrative tasks of the Director of Rooms, with strong communication to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.MAIN DUTIESAdministrationManage correspondence (emails, faxes, letters, reports).Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents.Organize office systems and filing (manual and electronic).Assist with time & attendance tracking and hotel management rosters.Create purchase orders and online forms.Schedule appointments and prepare meeting minutes.Handle room reservations and guest correspondence. Customer Service Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.Support proactive task management for smooth division operations.PersonnelAssist with HR-related coordination and administrative tasks.Other DutiesCollaborate flexibly with other hotel staff.Adhere to hotel policies, especially regarding safety and hygiene.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum requirements3 years of experience in the same positionPre-opening experience is preferableLuxury background in resort and urban cityExcellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
