RPA Support Engineer

We’re looking for an RPA Support Engineer to join our IT operations team in Porto, working on the monitoring and optimization of automation processes in a dynamic and global environment.This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Porto. Candidates must be based in Portugal.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitor RPA process execution and performance to ensure reliability and efficiencyOptimize scheduling of automation workflows and tasksProvide Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by process ownersCollaborate with clients and implementation teams, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to support proceduresTechnical SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in production/application supportBroad technical background, with experience in automation considered a strong plusKnowledge of the banking or financial sector is a plusLanguage RequirementsEnglish: B2 level or higher (mandatory)
