DescriptionWere looking for experienced RPO Recruiters who excel in direct sourcing, ATS management, and high-volume hiring.Direct sourcing through research, referrals, social media, and cold outreachHigh-volume recruitment for industrial and admin/clerical rolesSource, screen, and submit qualified candidatesManage and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Collaborate with Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and ClientsSupport recruitment campaigns, webinars, and sourcing initiativesProvide insights and consultative feedback on sourcing strategies and timelinesRequirements2+ years of experience in blue-collar / high-volume recruitmentStrong internet research and advanced sourcing skillsExperience using ATS platformsAdvanced English communication skills (able to work with US stakeholders)Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointBachelors Degree (required)Amenable to immediate start and onsite work in BGC
