Job Description DetailsThe Performance Analyst contributes to the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-informed decision-making and operational excellence. The role involves leveraging analytical tools, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques to track, measure, and interpret business metrics.By uncovering insights and trends, the Performance Analyst supports strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance business efficiency and service quality for the client organization.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring – Monitor and assess KPIs to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and detect potential areas for improvement.Data Analysis – Analyze large datasets using statistical and analytical methods to derive actionable insights and performance recommendations.Data Visualization – Develop clear and engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.Performance Insights – Provide in-depth interpretation of performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and support data-driven decision-making.Performance Reporting – Prepare regular reports and summaries highlighting key findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather data requirements, share insights, and support performance initiatives.Continuous Improvement – Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and performance measurement to drive process improvement and strengthen analytical capabilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred), a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL, or similar).Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.Familiarity with performance monitoring methodologies and KPI frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.Why Join P&A Grant Thornton?At P&A Grant Thornton, You’ll Experience a Culture That Cares For Its People As Much As It Cares For Its Clients.
